Terms & Conditions

1. A refundable deposit of ₦50,000 is required to confirm your booking. This will be returned after all rented items are received back in good and clean condition.
2. Full payment for all rented items and delivery (if applicable) must be made at least 48 hours before your event date.
3. All items remain the property of Mirest Events at all times.
4. The client is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rented items from the time of delivery to the time of collection. Replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
5. Items must be returned clean and in the same condition as delivered. A cleaning fee may be charged for excessively soiled items.
6. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event date will forfeit the deposit.
7. Mirest Events reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings at any time. In such cases, full refunds including the deposit will be issued.
8. Delivery times will be confirmed by our team. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
9. Any discrepancies in items delivered must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
